Subject to the terms of this licence, Christopher John Bond ("Licensor") grants individual users and, where applicable, the organisation or legal entity on whose behalf the Software is used (collectively, "User" or "you"), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Timeline Swimlane software and associated components (the "Software").
Where the Software is provided as a free, trial, evaluation, or otherwise unlicensed edition, users may use the functionality made available by the Licensor for personal, educational, internal business, evaluation, and reporting purposes. The Software may display a product badge, watermark, attribution, licence indicator, or similar notice ("Badging").
The Software, including all source code, SVG rendering engines, layout algorithms, documentation, and graphical assets, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works of the Software package outside the Microsoft Power BI host application.
The Software executes strictly within the
customer's sandboxed Microsoft Power BI host environment.
The Software does not transmit customer report data,
personal data, or usage telemetry to the Licensor or any
external endpoint. All licensing checks are processed
locally through Microsoft's native host.licenseManager API.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the Software.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
